Abstract Background Vertigo and dizziness are frequent clinical symptoms. Peripheral vertigo central two different types of that result from a disrupted vestibular system. Objectives The current study was done evaluate assess roles neuro-otological examinations, tests, videonystagmography among patients visiting tertiary care centre. Methodology An analytical cross-sectional conducted complaining at centre duration 18 months. total 64 were included according inclusion exclusion criteria. Various diagnostic tests applied correlated complaints patients. Result Forty-two percent had hearing loss, 26.5% tinnitus. 57.8% PTA test within normal limit, head shake (videonystagmography) positive 39.1%. Caloric abnormality seen in 53.1% dizziness. Neuro-otological found 29.7% cases. 79.7% cases show Fukuda test. SP > AP 9.4% EchoG. 67.1% Romberg Dix-Hallpike 31.2% Conclusion In conclusion, history testing aid vertigo, but they cannot relied on if complex. Only symptomatic helpful like simple unilateral posterior canal BPPV, complex case tinnitus, aural fullness, positivity, or we need assistance additional investigations such as ECochG VNG.
